By accessing or using CrickTeams, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including team administrators, players, and other participants.

2. Purpose of CrickTeams

CrickTeams is designed to help cricket teams manage their activities, including organizing matches, sharing schedules, communicating with team members, and tracking performance.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CrickTeams, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or setting up a team.
• Use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users, including not sharing their information without consent.
• Avoid posting content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Ensure all uploaded content, such as photos, videos, and match details, complies with these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using CrickTeams, you must not:

• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Upload malicious software, spam, or content containing viruses.
• Misuse features such as team communication tools or match scheduling.

5. Community Content, Chat, and Acceptable Use

CrickTeams may provide community features for your club, including chat channels, message threads, and polls (“Community Content”). By posting Community Content, you agree to the following:

Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes harassment, bullying, or threats directed at any person; hate speech or discriminatory content; sexually explicit or violent material; impersonation; spam; and any content that violates applicable law. This policy applies to all messages, polls, images, and other content shared through the Service.

Safety tools. The Service provides tools to report (flag) any message and to block any member. Blocking a member hides their messages from you across the Service.

Moderation and enforcement. We use automated content filtering and review user reports. We will remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users responsible for it. Reports of egregious content are reviewed promptly, typically within 24 hours. Club managers may also remove messages within their club’s channels.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must not post content you do not have the right to share, including other people’s personal information shared without their consent.

6. Content Ownership and Sharing

By using CrickTeams, you retain ownership of the content you upload or post, such as team photos, schedules, match statistics, chat messages, and polls. However, you grant CrickTeams a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display this content as necessary for providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on the rights of others.

7. Privacy

CrickTeams is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected through the Service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review this policy to understand how we collect, use, and store your information.

8. Liability Disclaimer

CrickTeams provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure the Service operates smoothly, we make no guarantees regarding its availability or accuracy.

CrickTeams is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during cricket matches, training sessions, or other events organized through the platform. Users are solely responsible for their participation in such activities.

9. Termination of Use

CrickTeams reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.
